Pierre Gruneberg's method of teaching willing students is unique and is his own brainchild and undisputed intellectual property. One can actually learn to combat a fear of water by simply learning to breathe using a common salad bowl filled with water. Pierre did it first. He has perfected his confidence building technique. Not until one is comfortable using proper breathing techniques on dry land does Pierre allow a student to enter a swimming pool or the sea. It has worked wonders with every age and with persons of every station in life. He has taught royalty, movie stars, athletes, rock music legends, just common folks and even very small children how to confidently "waterproof" themselves. In short, Pierre has opened up all the beautiful oceans, lakes and streams to individuals who formerly could only look at water everywhere with fear.
One of his students, Elie Wiesel, an "Halocast Survivor," wrote in Pierre's "Livre D'Or," (Pierre's famous book of celebrity student autographs) "tous les fleuves vont à la mer, mais c'est grace à vous cher Pierre que j'arrive maintenant à nager dedans. Merci, Merci, de tout coeur." Elie Wiesel
"All the rivers run to the sea, but it is with thanks to you dear Pierre, that I can now swim in them. Thank you, thank you with all my heart!" Elie Wiesel
Seventy-one percent of the Earth's surface is covered with water. Just imagine what a great gift one receives to have access to such a large portion of the globe formerly denied to one who feared water, as in one case as you will see in the Press Clippings segment, even in the shower.
It is a great gift to mankind from one of the most unassuming, kind and gentle individuals one will ever meet.
He, indeed, wants to teach the world to swim. He, indeed, can do it given the opportunity.
